United America Christian Academy’s (UACA) mission is to train children to become elite scholarly leaders with a passion for Christ to restore the Republic’s character and impact the world.

What is a leader?

A leader is one who influences others. A leader is a person of influence. Leadership is following in advance of others – following someone or something, looking over your shoulder, and seeing that others are following you. Leadership is more about who you are rather than what you do. Leadership is dependent on character.

What is Christian leadership?

Christian leadership is influencing, connecting, and developing people to achieve a particular goal for advancing the kingdom of God for the glory of Christ. The home, Church, business, education, government, media, arts & entertainment are all sectors in which the kingdom can be advanced.
